Our straight forward building and sales process makes the purchase of a new home as simple as possible. Each step is in the process is clearly defined and we will work with you to ensure a great home buying experience.

Decide on a Lot & Floorplan

Use our contact form, send us an email, or give us a call to see which lots and floorplans are available.

Secure Financing

Real Homes works with many mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions. We will be happy to match you up with the perfect solution for your financing needs.

Meet with Us

We will meet with you to discuss everything about your home & lot. All of your questions will be answered, and you will get answers to questions you didn’t even think to ask! There are no stupid questions – we believe you should be well-informed through the entire process.

Contract Signing

We will meet with you to discuss our builders agreement and the Real Homes Warranty. Once you are informed in great detail about both, we will sign papers and send it to your lender and coordinate with them until the home is complete.

Final Home Walkthrough

Once your home is complete and a Certificate Of Occupancy has been issued by the Building Department, a Final Walk Through of the home will be scheduled a few days prior to the move-in date. Together, we will go over the entire house and introduce you to the features of the home and how they operate.
